Aboslutely! We love beginners! We will walk you through the workouts and offer modifications if needed. And you get our Bootcamp Baptism (beginner paced class) included in your enrollment, so no need to stress.
I'm advanced. Will I be challenged?
You don’t worry either! We love to challenge women who are ready to take it to the next level.

Mix and match based on your schedule! CLASS TIMES: Monday - Friday: 5:30am, 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday - Thursday: 6:15pm Saturday: 8:30am
Where are you located?
All group classes, the kickoff orientation, and small group training will be at our studio: Venus Fitness Studio - 660 Bitritto Ct, Modesto, CA
